Insurance Cover & Refunds
Any refund issued will be determined by the shipping method you choose, so please ensure you opt for the correct level of insurance cover when selecting a postage option for your item, as this is what will be used to claim against loss or damage to your item/s. Standard shipping includes £20 of cover, signed for includes £50 of cover and special delivery covers your parcel up to the value of £500.
If you do not choose a shipping method with the appropriate amount of cover for the cost of your item then you will not receive a full refund.
In the event of loss or damage to your item please notify within 48 hours of receiveing your order, take pictures of the condition you received it in (both the packaging and the damage to the item) and retain all packaging until a claim has been submitted. This evidence is required or a claim cannot be submitted and no refund will be received.
Shipping Policy
Please note: We currently only ship within the UK
All items are shipped free as standard using the Royal Mail second class service, and orders will be posted within 7 working days of completed purchase (usual post day will be Friday). If any delays are expected to this timescale this will be advertised on the website/social media pages e.g. in the event of public holidays.
Larger items may be sent by Parcelforce however you will receive confirmation by email stating which carrier your package is with.
Any order returned due to incorrect address being provided will be provided with a refund less postage cost, or postage must be paid again for delivery or your order.
Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of completed payment. Any order which has already been posted can no longer be cancelled. Orders completed using paypal will be refunded the full amount less paypal transaction fees (2.9% or order total plus £0.30).
